Ryo Saeba is the main character of City Hunter’s manga. He is a private detective, very charismatic and in love of all sweet ladies. Ryo helps everyone who ask for his work, especially pretty girls who ask.
He is a really good shooter and a detective known by everyone. For this statue, you will see him with his main suit and his favorite gun, the Colt Python, ready to shoot on his enemy.
You could find a lot of details on the base with the whole mess he just did, like the helix or the wheel from an helicopter where he just shot. The billboard at the back side represents perfectly all billboards of the manga and girls who Ryô falls in love (his biggest weakness).
Moreover, you will have two alternatives heads : one for the « manga » Ryô and one for the « anime » Ryô.
